SHIPPING
• All orders are expected to ship within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• If you do not receive one within (5)Ā five business days please email us.
• Our fulfillment center is located in New Jersey, and transit times will vary based on shipment method and destination.
• For all orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 business days after yourĀ package has shipped.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders toĀ 48 contiguous United States.
• We offer faster shipping available for higher rates.
• Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with regular postal rates.Ā

DELIVERY ISSUES
• If your package is lost or stolen andĀ hasĀ been scanned as ā€œdeliveredā€ by the shipper, pleaseĀ email usĀ with your order number.Ā  However, please communicateĀ with the shipping carrier to receive most updated information prior to contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Please order your items carefully.Ā  Requests for returns and exchanges must occur within 7 days of delivery.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
• Gift cards are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
