Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
• All orders are expected to ship within 1-3 business days.
• You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
• If you do not receive one within (5) five business days please email us.
• Our fulfillment center is located in New Jersey, and transit times will vary based on shipment method and destination.
• For all orders, delivery usually occurs between 1-7 business days after your package has shipped.
• We offer free standard shipping on all orders to 48 contiguous United States.
• We offer faster shipping available for higher rates.
• Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with regular postal rates. 
 
DELIVERY ISSUES
• If your package is lost or stolen and has been scanned as “delivered” by the shipper, please email us with your order number.  However, please communicate with the shipping carrier to receive most updated information prior to contact us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
• Please order your items carefully.  Requests for returns and exchanges must occur within 7 days of delivery.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Once approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method.
• Gift cards are ineligible for returns or exchanges.
 
ON SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS
• Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged.
• Items purchased during a storewide sale and/or with a discount code cannot be returned or exchanged.
